Scheduled office lunch delivery with food lockers

Pre-order lunch. Deliver together. Collect individually.

Employees pre-order lunch before a morning cut-off. The restaurant or caterer delivers all orders in one batch, staff load them into individual locker compartments, and each person collects their own order during the lunchtime window.

    Example schedule

    A typical lunchtime run

    1. 01

      10:30am — pre-orders close.

    3. 03

By 12pm — the batch is delivered and loaded.

Customers receive collection details when their order is available.

    5. 05

Collection takes place within the agreed lunchtime window.

Timings are examples only. Each site agrees its own cut-off, delivery and collection times.

    Who it's for

    Restaurants & caterers

Serve a whole office with one delivery run and a predictable order volume.

    Employers & office managers

Improve lunch provision without a canteen, and support lunch programmes where supported.

    Building operators

Offer a lunch amenity to multi-tenant offices and co-working spaces.

    How the programme runs

    Rotating menus

Different restaurants or menus on different days keep choice fresh.

    Individual orders

Each person orders and collects their own meal — no shared trays.

    Employer-supported lunch

Subsidised or funded lunches can be arranged where supported by the ordering channel.

    Multi-tenant sites

Tenants in shared offices and co-working spaces can use one locker point.

    Collection windows

A set window keeps food fresh; uncollected orders are handled by an agreed process.

    Capacity & reuse

Compartments are reused across planned batches as orders are collected.

    Capacity

How many orders can a locker hold?

A 16-compartment locker can hold up to 16 compartment-assigned orders at the same time when one order uses one compartment. Serving more people means planning batches: as orders are collected, compartments are reused for the next batch. Capacity is not unlimited, so peak demand needs to be planned with the restaurant and the site.

    Frequently asked questions

How does scheduled office lunch delivery work?

Staff pre-order before a cut-off, the restaurant delivers one batch, orders are loaded into individual compartments and each person collects their own.

How many orders fit in one locker?

One order per compartment. A 16-compartment locker holds up to 16 orders at once; more customers are served by reusing compartments across planned batches.

    What happens to uncollected orders?

Each site agrees a process — for example, a final collection time after which the order is removed by a nominated person.

Can we use our existing restaurant or caterer?

Yes, subject to agreement. Orders run through their existing or agreed ordering channel.
